    • Hi Holly,

      We decided we just couldn’t make the logistics of the Bangor Winter Market work for us this season. What types of goat cheese are you most interested in? We are drying off the goats so that they get a little break before kidding in March, so our chevre supplies are swiftly dwindling. I have some plain chevre frozen. We also have some aged goat cheeses in the cave. I’m sure we can find a way to connect.
